PLAINVIEW – ˮ̳ Baptist University invites the community to join in the post-parade “Lighting Up ˮ̳” celebration, a festive family event featuring University President Dr. Donna Hedgepath, local schoolchildren, and Santa Claus. The evening promises joyful activities for all ages.
The celebration begins at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 5, with music and s’mores on the university campus, following Plainview’s downtown “Parade of Lights.” The event will be held in front of historic Gates Hall, bringing together community members and the university for an evening filled with holiday spirit, food, and fellowship.
